Tracking bids during the live auction and ensuring bidders get the correct pieces. Please be comfortable handling art and wear comfy shoes. Art CheckoutEnsure all artwork is checked out and returned to the appropriate owner Art RegistrationEnsure all artwork is checked in and proper documentation is completed Assist Onsite Art ArtistsCollaborative Painting. Duties may include helping painters locate particular colors, moving canvas, and general assistance to painter's needs. Dress appropriately as you may get messy! Children ActivitiesHelp facilitate the children's activity areas. This includes interacting with children to get them involved in the art projects. Must be comfortable working with children. Flexible Event VolunteerSign up for a shift doing any of the tasks described below during the event, as needed. This is a great choice for new volunteers who don't know quite what to expect from Art All Night, or seasoned volunteers who are comfortable in a variety of roles. Please note whether you have any specific needs we should keep in mind (e.g., unable to move heavy objects) Gallery Attendants/SecurityDuties include overseeing event space area to ensure no accidents occur, helping to maintain safety of event, and checking bags. HangersAssist in the hanging or placing of art work prior to show start, including finding space for artwork, nailing art work up without damage. Bring a screw gun and a ladder if you can. Information/Art BiddingBe the general knowledge of Art All Night. Answer questions pertaining to Art All Night. Enter bids for artwork into the computer system. InteractiveGeneral Assistant to all participatory art Interactive - Button Making StationAssist participants in monitoring a fun drawing project. Merchandise TableAssist in the selling of Art All Night Merchandise, also ensure all volunteers receive their t-shirt upon volunteer check-in Mocktail barHelp with the mocktail bar. Onsite Art CleanupAssist Collaborative Painting/Onsite Art with cleaning up late night. Consolidate paints, thoroughly clean paint brushes, clean up any paint spills on floor and general tidying of space. Wear old clothes that can get paint on them! ParkingResponsible for directing traffic around the event area area during Art All Night. Sensory Room Attendant StageAssist with managing band traffic and instrument storage, directing performers to designated stages, keeping everything running on schedule. TeardownAssist in the clean-up of Art All Night Volunteer TableNeeded to ensure all volunteers are checked in and know where they need to go. Assist with any volunteer related questions. Maintain knowledge of how many volunteers are where and direct as needed.
